The Career Confidence Package is the best option for individuals who have a specific career goal that they want to achieve, such as going for a promotion, starting their own business, improving a skill or confidence in your current role.

In these three hours of coaching (plus email support), you will develop an in-depth understanding of your strengths, how to communicate them effectively in the workplace, and learn to overcome any psychological barriers to you achieving your goal using evidence based strategies.

Each session will be tailored to your specific career goal.
You will complete the widely used Strengths Profile before the first session.

What will you receive from the Career Confidence Package?

  • 3 hours of coaching plus unlimited coaching support outside of sessions

  • A detailed debrief of your unique Strengths Profile and how to apply them to your career goal.

  • A deeper understanding of the psychology behind you and how to overcome those sneaky unconscious patterns that hold you back.

  • Identifying and shifting long-held fears about success or failure.

  • Evidence-based strategies and tools to improve confidence, shift unhelpful thinking and behaviours and increase motivation (e.g., cognitive behavioural strategies, positive psychology, mindfulness, visualisation, goal setting, and schema therapy-based exercises.

  • Specific action steps to follow between each session to stay on track.
